All transactions were undertaken on the London Stock Exchange save as disclosed
below.

* Dr Zoumas acquired 6,000 Shares by means of the purchase of 1,500 American
Depositary Receipts ('ADRs') (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) on the
New York Stock Exchange at a price of 379.20 pence per share (being the
equivalent of 28.1066 USD per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.8530).

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
