Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that Robert Walker, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, having reinvested his recent dividend, acquired a total of 335 ordinary 25p shares today at a price of 551.49 pence per share. Robert Walker now holds a total of 11,270 shares in the Company.
