Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed today that Anne Minto, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 3,600 ordinary 25p shares in the Company (“Shares”) on 31 July 2013 at a price of 834.25 pence per Share. Ms Minto now holds a total of 8,600 Shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
