Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that Anne Minto, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 5,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange today at a price of 756.50 pence per share. Ms Minto had not previously held any shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
