Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) was informed yesterday that Matthew Wineinger, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, disposed of 131,933 ordinary shares of 25 pence each on 9 July 2013 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 880.00 pence per share. Mr Wineinger has already met the requirements of the Company’s Executive Shareholding Policy.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
