Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) was informed on 10 January 2014 that Javed Ahmed, an Executive Director of the Company, transferred on that day a total of 43,178 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (“Shares”) to his two children as a gift.

Following the transfers, Mr Ahmed’s interest in the Company remains the same at 1,084,457 Shares.

Mr Ahmed’s holding continues to exceed his share ownership requirement.

This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
