Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) was informed yesterday that Javed Ahmed, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased on that day a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (“Shares”) at 639.46 pence per Share. The Shares will be registered in the name of his two children. Mr Ahmed also transferred a total of 55,356 Shares to his two children as a gift on the same day.

Following the transactions, Mr Ahmed now has an interest in 1,204,457 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
