Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that today Virginia Kamsky, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 5,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company (“Shares”) by means of the purchase of 1,250 American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) on the New York Stock Exchange at a price of 606.07 pence per share (being the equivalent of US$38.74 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.5980). Ms Kamsky now holds an interest in a total of 10,000 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
