Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that Dr Ajai Puri, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, today acquired an interest in 4,000 ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) by means of the purchase of 1,000 American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) in the United States at a price of 602.91 pence per share (being the equivalent of US$39.23 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.6267). Dr Puri now has an interest in 6,018 Shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
