Total announces plan to sell interest in Société de la Raffinerie de Dunkerque to Colas

Total announces its intention to sell its 40% interest in Société de la Raffinerie de Dunkerque (SRD) to Colas. The main shareholder in SRD is a subsidiary of ExxonMobil.

SRD specializes in manufacturing bitumen and base oils.

Colas is a world leader in construction and maintenance of transportation infrastructure, has expressed its willingness to acquire all of the capital of SRD.

The plan is subject to various conditions precedent and the notification of the SRD labor council.
