BOVIS HOMES GROUP PLC TO HOST INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARDS (IFRS)
PRESENTATION
Bovis Homes Group PLC announces that it will host an International Financial
Reporting Standards ('IFRS') presentation at 2.00pm on Thursday 16th June, to
provide information on the implications of the move to IFRS for Bovis Homes'
financial reports.
The presentation will be hosted by David Ritchie, Finance Director and will be
held at the offices of Deutsche Bank, 1 Great Winchester Street, London EC2.
Bovis Homes will first report under IFRS for the six month period ending 30 June
2005. These interim results will include 2004 IFRS compliant comparatives for
both the half year and last full year. The presentation will specifically detail
the restatement of the 2004 full year comparatives.
