Bovis Homes Group PLC's Chairman, Sir Nigel Mobbs
Following the recent announcements regarding his ill health, Sir Nigel Mobbs has
advised the Board of his intention to retire from the Board with effect from
today. The Board expresses its gratitude for his enormous contribution to the
development of the Group since before flotation in 1997 and extends its best
wishes to him. An announcement regarding his successor will be made in due
course. In the meantime, Tim Melville-Ross will continue as Acting Chairman.
