Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules
Today, the wife of Peter Whitehead, the Company’s finance director, sold
10,000 A shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital, thereby reducing
her holding to 50,000 A shares. They were sold at 507.525p per share.
The Company was notified of the above today.
