Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules
Today, Wednesday, 10 September 2014, the Company was notified by Torquil
Sligo-Young, one of the Company’s directors, that he and his wife had
each sold 2,000 non-voting shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s
capital. The sales were at 720p per share and took place yesterday.
