PDMR Notifications

Circumstances giving rise to the notifications

Today, 5 September 2017, Patrick Dardis and Steven Robinson respectively sold 17,000 and 2,000 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital. The shares were sold at £13.70 per share.

Each of Patrick Dardis and Steven Robinson has a tax liability arising from the deferred annual bonus share award made by the Company to him in September 2014. In the case of Patrick Dardis, all of the shares were sold to cover his liability and to also repay a loan taken out by him to assist in settling a tax liability arising from the deferred annual bonus share award made by the Company to him in June 2013. As regards Steven Robinson, all of the shares were sold to help cover his liability.
