Appointment of Patricia (‘Trish’) Corzine as a non-executive director

The board of Young’s is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia (‘Trish’) Ann Corzine as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Trish, aged 57, has wide-ranging knowledge of the hospitality and leisure sector having spent the majority of her career in the restaurant industry. Before her retirement from the board of The Restaurant Group plc in 2013, she spent 20 years with the company, nine as an executive director responsible for their concessions business.

Commenting on the appointment, Nicholas Bryan, Chairman, said:

“I am delighted that Trish has agreed to join our board. Her experience, knowledge and passion will assist us as we build on our premium position and continue to develop the style, quality and individuality of our pubs and hotels. My colleagues and I are very much looking forward to working with her.”

Additional notes:

The only matters which require disclosure in accordance with rule 17 of, and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to, the AIM Rules are the following:

1. Trish’s previous name was ‘Donaldson’; and
2. in the previous five years, Trish was a director of The Restaurant Group (UK) Ltd, The Restaurant Group Plc and Chiquito Ltd, all 2003 – 2013.
