Organisational and Directorate Changes

Following a review, Young’s today announces a restructuring of its managed estate operations and a change to its senior leadership team.

The 36 managed pubs trading as Geronimo will now report to Patrick Dardis, Young’s Retail Director. Geronimo will remain a discrete and separate division of Young’s and continue to be a key part of the Group’s long-term growth plans.

As a consequence of this restructuring, Ed Turner, the Managing Director of Geronimo Inns and who has been with Geronimo for 16 years, has agreed, with immediate effect, to step down from the Board and leave the Group.

Nicholas Bryan, Chairman of Young’s, commented:
