Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules
On 30 March 2007, the Company received the following notification from James
Young, a director of the Company, pursuant to section 324 of the Companies Act
1985:
"In fulfilment of the obligation imposed by section 324 of the Companies Act
1985, I hereby give you notice that on 26 March 2007 I ceased to be interested
in 35,586 of the A ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company's capital
registered in the names of the executors of the estate of John Allen Young,
Deceased as a result of me and the other executors entering into a contract to
sell them at 2820p per share."
