Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. (the "Company")
Notifications pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules
On 4 September 2006, 224 'A' ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company were
released by the Trustee pursuant to the Company's profit sharing scheme. The
recipient was not a director of the Company.
The shares referred to above were held in trust by Ram Brewery Trustees Limited.
As beneficiaries under that trust as members of the Company's profit-sharing,
share option and / or pension schemes, the following directors had an interest
in those shares, namely John Young, James Young, Stephen Goodyear, Torquil
Sligo-Young, Peter Whitehead, Patrick Dardis and Christopher Sandland. Each of
those directors has notified the Company that his interest had been reduced
accordingly.
