SThree (STHR)  For release at 0700 on 29 September 2017  SThree plc ("SThree" or the "Group")  Directorate Change  SThree, the international specialist STEM staffing business, announces that Steve Quinn, Executive Director and CEO, Americas, will step down from the Board, with effect from 30 September 2017. Steve will remain with the Group to offer strategic advice until he returns to the UK during 2018.  Steve originally joined the SThree Board on 1 June 2012, as Chief Operating Officer, before being promoted to CEO, Americas during the latter part of 2013. He has led the team that established the Group's Americas business as one of SThree's fastest growing and built a strong management team in the region. His responsibilities as CEO, Americas, will be assumed by colleagues within the well-established operational management structure now in place in the Americas region and it is not anticipated that a Board level successor will be appointed.  Gary Elden, Group CEO commented: "Steve has made an outstanding contribution to the development and success of SThree in his various roles, since originally joining as a recruitment consultant with Progressive in 1997. He was a key driver in the creation of Real's Contract Division in 1999, before expanding the brand internationally and establishing the Real Pharma business, as well as later merging four of the Group's businesses to form the Real Staffing Group. Latterly, under his leadership, our Americas region has become one of our fastest growing and most important.
