                               Retail Agreement                                

                   OnSpeed available in 135 WH Smith stores                    

Z Group Plc ('Z Group') an established, profitable, marketing led technology
services company, announces that through an agreement between Koch Media Ltd (Z
Group's UK retail distribution agent) and WH Smith, the OnSpeed internet
acceleration software service will be available and delivered to WH Smith who
are committing to distribute the retail pack to 135 stores across the United
Kingdom from 2nd July 2005.

To date the agreement with Koch Media Ltd was for an order to supply WH Smith
with nominal trial amounts. Z Group is now pleased with the commitment that WH
Smith will include OnSpeed as part of a national roll out in these 135 tier 1
stores.
