Retail agreement

ONSPEED to be available in all ASDA stores

Z GROUP PLC, an established, profitable, marketing led technology services
company, announces that through an agreement between Koch Media Ltd (Z GROUP's
UK distribution agent) and Wal-Mart, the ONSPEED Internet acceleration software
service will be supplied to all 282 ASDA stores across the United Kingdom by
the beginning of December 2005.

PC World, which already sells the retail version of ONSPEED, will expand its Z
GROUP range to include retail versions of NetAway and Onbidder which will be
available in all PC World's 135 stores by the end of November 2005.
