ABERFORTH SMALLER COMPANIES TRUST PLC

 

Final Dividend

The Board of Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust plc today announced a proposed
final dividend of 16.15p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31
December 2013 and, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM to be held on 27
February 2014, will be paid on 6 March 2014 to shareholders on the register at
the close of business on 7 February 2014. The ex-dividend date is 5 February
2014.
