The Directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a Fourth interim dividend of 3.50 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 December 2015, which represents an increase of 7.7% compared to the corresponding dividend for the year ended 31 December 2014. Total distributions for 2015 will be 13.75 pence compared to 12.75 pence in 2014.
