At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 5 October 2005, the
special resolutions to approve the Capital Reorganisation of the Company and to
amend the Company's Articles of Association to reflect the Capital
Reorganisation were duly passed.

Consequently, the capital reorganisation will take place from 7 October 2005.
