Trading Update
The Company announces the completion of the first phase in the transfer of DK
Gas Components' production from the UK to Thailand. All production of spark
ignition electrodes is now being concentrated in Buckland's Bangkok
manufacturing facility. This initial transfer has resulted in a net saving in
the group's payroll cost of approximately £150,000 per annum.
The phased transfer to Thailand of DK Gas' production of spark generators has
also commenced and, when completed next year, will realise further and much
larger savings in payroll costs and overheads.
