Director's interest in shares
The Company announces that KSE UK, Inc. ("KSE"), a company controlled by
Stanley Kroenke, acquired 2 ordinary shares of £1 each in the capital of the
Company ("shares") on 11 July 2013 at a price of £15,500 each. The
acquisition brings KSE's total shareholding to 41,583 shares (63.83% of the
issued share capital of the Company).
