DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

Final Interim Dividend

In accordance with the articles of association, the Board has today resolved to
pay a final interim dividend of 12.57p per Income Share to Income Shareholders.
This dividend will be paid by 8 August 2011 to Income Shareholders on the
register of members on 29 July 2011, with an ex-dividend date of 27 July 2011.
It is expected that any income received by the Company after the Effective Date
will be paid out to Income Shareholders by the Liquidators as capital by 30
September 2011.
