Director's Disclosure - Rule 9.6.13

Further to the earlier announcement today regarding the appointment of
Christopher Wright as a non-executive Director of Quester VCT plc, in
accordance with Rule 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, set out below are details
all directorships held by Christopher Wright in publicly quoted companies in
the previous five years.

Current directorships:

  * Idox plc;
   
  * Lombard Risk Management plc; and
   
  * Mrs Fields Holdings LLC.
