Doc re dividend reinvestment scheme

The Directors are pleased to announce that on 19 July 2006 the Company made an
allotment of 221,915 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the terms
of the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

It is expected that dealings will commence on 25 July 2006.
