Statement re Allotment of Shares

          Allotment of shares under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme           

The directors are pleased to announce that the Company made an allotment of
120,292 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company. This allotment was made
under its dividend reinvestment scheme on 24 November 2005, the terms of which
were circulated to shareholders on 7 October 2005.

It is expected that dealings will commence on Wednesday 30 November 2005.
