TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES
The Board of Quester VCT PLC announces that on 1 February 2008 the Company
purchased for cancellation 627,860 ordinary shares of 5p at a price of 26.2p
per share.
Following the share buy back, the issued share capital and voting rights of
Quester VCT plc are as follows:
Quester VCT plc's share capital consists of 112,825,410 Ordinary shares 5p with
voting rights attached one vote per Ordinary share. Therefore the total number
of voting rights in Quester VCT plc is 112,825,410.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are
required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in Quester
VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
