Dividend Declaration
Alliance Trust PLC announces declaration of a first interim dividend of 1.9
pence per share payable on 31 July 2007 to shareholders on the register on 6
July 2007. The ex-dividend date is 4 July 2007.
This dividend is in line with that indicated in our Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 January 2007.
