DIRECTORATE CHANGE

As previously announced William Jack retired as a non-executive director at the
conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 24 May 2007 due to
the pressure of his other commitments.

Lesley Knox said, "We are grateful to William for his service to the Company
during his time in office and I would like to express my appreciation of his
counsel and knowledge of the wider financial services industry which he brought
to our debates."
