Annual General Meeting

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 10 May 2006 Ms.
Clare Salmon was confirmed as a director by shareholders. Dr. Christopher
Masters and Mr. David Deards were re-elected as directors.

A final dividend of 37p was approved, making the total for the year 73.5p. The
final dividend is payable on 12 May 2006.

All resolutions proposed at the AGM were carried on a poll. Votes received
