Microgen plc (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 10 November 2009 that Martyn Ratcliffe, Chairman,
on 10 November 2009 transferred 375,000 ordinary shares of his total holding of
5,294,524 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company from his nominee account with
Strand Nominees Limited SN to be registered in his own name, such transfer
being at nil consideration. Accordingly, there is no change in the beneficial
owner as regards such shares which represent 6.09% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with DR3.1.4R (1) (a) and (b).
The transaction was carried out in London and is a consolidation of Mr.
Ratcliffe's holding in the Company.
