At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 22nd April 2008 shareholder
approval was received to grant share options under the Company's Share Option
Plan 2006 to Chairman, Martyn Ratcliffe.

Awards of options over Ordinary Shares of 5p each have now been made to Martyn
