The Company received the following notices on 20 January 2009 in compliance
with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules:

HBOS plc is interested in 5,323,924 Ordinary Shares representing 6.13% of the
issued share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of:

(a wholly owned subsidiary of HBOS plc)                                     

The following disclosure was also made by HBOS plc:

"IIMGL manages holdings on behalf of other HBOS Group companies, and other
third parties external to the HBOS Group, under various discretionary
management agreements".

Lloyds Banking Group plc is interested in 5,328,237 Ordinary Shares
representing 6.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The following disclosure was also made by Lloyds Banking Group plc:

"5,323,882 shares (6.131%) are under the control of Insight Investment
Management (Global) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insight Investment
Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of HBOS Insurance & Investment
Group Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of HBOS plc, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Lloyds Banking Group plc (indirect interest)".
