The Company received notice on 23rd August 2006 under Sections 198-202 of the
Companies Act 1985 that Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust plc is interested in
6,310,500 Ordinary Shares representing 6.15% of the issued share capital of the
Company, which is currently 102,641,214 Ordinary Shares.
