COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF ASHTEAD TECHNOLOGY RENTALS
(the "Disposal")
The Board of Ashtead is pleased to confirm that the sale of Ashtead Technology
Rentals has now closed with the consideration of approximately £95.6m having
been applied to pay down outstanding debt.
