this is balanced against efficient use of budgets and to help reduce the
administrative burden for HR, clinical and payroll staff.

Manpower Software is pleased to announce additional new customers for its
market leading Bank Staff Management Solution (BSMS), the temporary staffing
solution.
- Lothian NHS Board

The award of these contracts brings the total number of NHS
Trusts which have selected BSMS to 106. The company's combined Healthcare
customer base has now reached over 150 NHS Trusts in the UK, in addition to
the 3 Private Healthcare providers.
Commenting, Ian Bowles, Chief Executive Officer said: "We have
had an outstanding second quarter in respect of our focus on the UK NHS and
the broader global healthcare markets. Two significant milestones in the
Company's efforts to extend its global reach for workforce optimisation and
electronic rostering solutions are Sunway Medical Centre and Boston
University Radiology Associates customer wins. These wins reinforce our
domain expertise and will allow us to grow revenues in these markets over the
coming years. Our strategic partnership with NHS Shared Business Services as
well as our existing partnerships with PWC & ACS Healthcare Solutions means
our growing healthcare customer base can access additional leading edge
solutions and services. I am confident that we will continue to demonstrate
our commitment to and innovation in this very important market sector as we
progress through the rest of our fiscal year."
