The Company confirms that it entered into a closed period (in accordance with the provisions of the EU Market Abuse Regulation) on 7 November 2016 in relation to the announcement of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2016, which will end on the date of the announcement of those results is notified to a Regulated Information Service ("RIS").

The Directors of the Company confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information known to the Directors and the Company up to the date of this announcement has been notified to a RIS.  Accordingly, in the absence of any new undisclosed inside information arising, the Company is not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.
