Director Retirement

The Company announces the retirement of Mr. Andrew Martin Smith as non-executive Director of the Company effective from 31 July 2016.

The Board wishes to thank Andrew for all his work and notes that he has been a great asset to the Company during his tenure. It is grateful to him for his guidance, insight and expertise.

Director Appointment

The Directors of AJGF announce that, following an extensive selection process, Mr Richard Pavry has joined the Board of the Company with effect from 1 August 2016.

Richard Pavry has more than 17 years’ financial services experience, with 16 years at Jupiter Asset Management Limited where he is currently head of investment trusts.  He is a qualified solicitor and holds a current Practicing Certificate under the Solicitors Regulation Authority.  Richard is a UK resident.

The Directors are very pleased to have attracted Richard to the Board and are confident that the Company will benefit from his extensive investment experience.

There are no disclosures to be made in respect of LR 9.6.13 (2-6). Richard does not have any current directorships in publicly quoted companies or has had any directorships in publically quoted companies in the past five years as required to be disclosed by LR 9.6.13 (1).
