Change of Audit Chairman and Director to Retire
18 December 2015

The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) hereby announces that Mr. Andrew Martin Smith (non-executive director of the Company) has stepped down as Audit Chairman and that Mr. Philip Ehrmann (non-executive director of the Company) has been appointed as Audit Chairman, both with effect from 15 December 2015.

The Board would also like to announce that Mr. Andrew Martin Smith will retire at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled to take place on 7 October 2016.  Furthermore, Mr. Martin Smith will not be offering himself for re-election at the AGM.  The Board wishes to record its appreciation for Mr. Martin Smith’s hard work and dedication to the Company over the past 13 years.
