Further to the announcements on 24 September 2018 in relation to the redemption of Ordinary Shares and on 25 September 2018 in relation to the repurchase by the Company of 250,000 Ordinary Shares, the number of shares to be redeemed on 28 September 2018 is now 2,434,356.

The total 2,874,315 Ordinary Shares validly lodged for redemption represents 5.90% of the Company’s 48,687,128 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

No other details of the announcement on 24 September 2018 require amendment.
