Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2015 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held at Bakers’ Hall, Harp Lane, London, EC3R 6DP on Friday 2 October 2015 at 11:30am.

The Company is pleased to advise that the Company’s Advisory Team will be speaking as soon as the formal AGM business is concluded, to provide shareholders with an update on the Japanese markets and the Company.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2015 has been posted to shareholders on 11 September 2015 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism which is located at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
