Notice is hereby given that the 2016 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held at Fishmongers’ Hall, London Bridge, London EC4R 9EL on Friday 14 October 2016 at 11:30am.

The Company is pleased to advise that the Company’s Advisory Team will be speaking as soon as the formal AGM business is concluded, to provide shareholders with an update on the Japanese markets and the Company.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2016 will be posted to shareholders on 09 September 2016 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism which is located at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
