RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of the Company held today, Ordinary Resolutions 1 to 7 and Special Resolutions 1 to 4 as set out in the AGM Notice dated

26 August 2015 (the “Notice”) and sent to shareholders of the Company on 11 September 2015 were duly passed.

Details of the voting results which should be read alongside the Notice sent to shareholders are noted below.
