The Company announces that on 28 February 2017 the total number of shares in issue of the Company is as follows:

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 44,714,358 (excluding ordinary shares held in treasury) and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
