ATLANTIS JAPAN GROWTH FUND LIMITED ("AJGF" or the "Company")

                           Transaction in Own Shares                           

                               1 September 2014                                

The Company announces that on 29 August 2014 it purchased the following:

  * 139,075 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a
    price of GBP 1.1797 per Sterling share.
   
These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following this purchase and non-cancellation, the total number of shares in
issue of the Company will be as follows:

Total number of treasury shares held by  Number of shares in issue less shares  
the Company following the purchase and   held in treasury following the purchase

From 29 August 2014, the total number of voting rights in the Company (rounded
